Hearth Fire

"This fireplace is at my mother and father's house, where I grew up, so it brings back many autumny-pictures. Tromsø is the city I'm from, way up in the North at 70 degrees of Northern latitude.The colours that flare inside the oven makes me really feel autumn on my skin. It's getting colder outside, the leaves are falling, sometimes we have strong autumn storms up here in the North. There's nothing like standing next to a warm fireplace, waiting for the tea to get warm while watching the colours dance inside the oven. Orange, black, brown, really warm colours, but still with a kind of flare."
