Join us as we walk along the hidden path and enter the Secret Garden. No one knows what waits inside, but whispers of lace and hints of color becken us forward through the maze. Holding hands we'll venture forth, around each corner to see what lies beyond. What will you discover at the end of the path?

The Secret Garden Knitting Club is a mystery lace club. The project is a beautiful lace circular shawl designed by Janine le Cras, but thats all that we can tell you. Your yarn choices are Luxe, Verve or Green Sheep Fingering and you can choose a regular colorway or one of our Gradiance colorways. I recommend a Gradiance colorway since the changing colors are so much fun to work with and the circular "pi" shawl design lends itself beautifully to the radiating bands of colors.

Janine Le Cras has come up with a stunning pattern to pair with yarns from our Gradiance collection. We think the introduction of this shawl pattern deserves some fanfare so Janine has written the pattern in KAL form, just for Unique Sheep customers. You yarn choices are Luxe, Verve or Green Sheep Fingering and you may chose one of our Gradiance colors, or even one of our single skein colorways; I recommend a Gradiance colorway since the changing colors are so much fun to work with and the circular "pi" shawl design lends itself beautifully to the radiating bands of colors. We will ship yarns in time for you to begin knitting the 1st clue.As summer unfolds, you will knit round by round of flowers to create your very own Secret Garden. By season’s end you will have a beautiful shawl to treasure and wear in the cool days of Fall.

Sign up now and your yarn will be shipped in time for the start date of July 10th. The pattern will be emailed to you in pieces. On July 10th you'll receive the instructions for your swatch and the first part of the pattern. In the following weeks you'll receive the rest of the pattern, bit by bit. But you won't see a finished picture of the shawl until the very end!
