Is there a better word than ‘flounce’ for something that is frilly, fun and well, flouncy? I don’t think so. This neckwarmer is all those things. Much fancier than the sorts of things I usually knit or wear, but the yarn was so beautiful and it just spoke to me. This yarn deserved to be something that could be worn in a way that showcased its beauty. The ribbon adds an even foofier touch right where you need it: at the center of the neck for a dramatic closure.

Simple lace and slipped stitches make this neckwarmer look much more complex than it actually is. Perfect for an adventurous beginner
