Giving back to our community and our world has always been important to us at The Unique Sheep. Since we began the company 15 years ago we have always pledged to donate at least 5% of our profits to nonprofits each year. Some years we have ended up donating far more than this because of the success of our Colors for a Cause Collection.
Starting in 2023 our goal is to increase the amount we give substantially. Eventually we hope to donate the majority of our profits, turning The Unique Sheep into a fundraising machine!
Handwoven and Handknit Scarves and Shawls
All handwoven and handknit shawls and scarves will have 100% of profits (in most cases, the full sale price minus shipping and credit card processing fees) donated to nonprofits to support our neighbors and improve our world. Periodically we will change which nonprofit we are donating to and will post that information below. We may also occasionally have Colors for a Cause or other listings that will go towards a specific non-profit.

The Orianne Society is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation of reptiles, amphibians and the ecosystems they inhabit.
